As a Sales Development Representative at iOptimize Realty®, you’ll drive business growth by generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings with Directors & C-suite executives. This remote role requires exceptional communication skills, proactive outreach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Drive Business Growth
Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through targeted outbound (100+ touches per day) to Director & C-Suite level executives.
Update Customer Database
Regularly update the customer database to provide the most current client information to the sales team
Book Meetings With Decision Makers
Schedule and coordinate 30-minute meetings with qualified prospects for our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition and productive discussions. This helps maintain a steady pipeline and fosters strong client relationships.
